1. What's the composition of your crystal singing bowl?
The bowls are composed of Silica Quartz. The silica is in the form of sand. The sand is fired to 4000 degrees centigrade where it melts. The frosted style bowls are formed in molds and finished off by hand that includes tuning it to a musical note.
Although the larger bowls have a deeper, lower octave, tone, it is not the size that determines the 'note' of the bowl.The bowls are associated with the musical scale, starting with C, then D, E, F, G, and B. These notes are in turn associated with the Seven Chakras of the Human System.
